it was oversized latex glove essentially that a human hand was to fit inside of. to save on cost they decided that they wanted it to be interchangeable as an accessory to different costumes. so it couldnt be entirely 'goul' with flesh falling off the bones so that it could also be 'alien', 'evil wizard', 'vampire' or 'bat monster' thing all depending on how it was painted to go with other costumes.

something reely creepy. yet interchangeable.

this is what i came up with. kinda leans more twards the x-files alien-ish.
the nails were back filled so it could be easily pulled from a mold in the factories.
