Wow you're kinda daft. Dude she's a GOD OF DEATH, that's what soul reaper means. A: Her speed. Being capable of shunpo (which has been described being so fast that in an instant the person can be in another position) means that she has the ability to run faster than any human ever could. I actually researched what that means in human terms, and its right on par with the speed of mach. Aka 340 miles per, not hour, but second. Not to mention the speeds that Yourichi could probably reach. I mean Riina isn't even fast compared to her.
Not only that but B. her strength. Think about how Ichigo and other soul reapers are able to stop a being several stories tall, with ONE hand. I have seen a normal (aka the SMALL) hollows reach four stories in height which is 40 FEET tall. The largest land animal today is the African bush elephant which is not even HALF the size of the average sized hollow. Guess how much the elephant weighs? 3.7 tons, aka 8000 pounds. Okay lets talk tallest land animal- giraffe. At tallest can be 20 feet, weighing in at 2000 pounds.
Alright so already it looks like hollows are pretty dang big and heavy. And SOMEHOW they're able to stop their full out weight with a single fist!!! They are STRONG PEOPLE. No wonder they're called gods eh? But lets just take a guess at how much a four story tall animal could weigh. Lets just take a heavy weight t rex at 20 ft tall, 40 feet long and weighing in at 9 TONS. aka 18,000 pounds.
Now you might argue that a soul reaper doesn't lift the hollow but is able to stop its fist. Well if the hollows fist is a tenth the size of its body? Then that means the soul reaper stopped at least 1,800 pounds per square foot that he was able to stop. And saying that his fist area was a tenth of that of its body that means that the fist would be four feet by four. 4*1800 And that's a total of 7,200 pounds! And that's just the hollow leaning without adding any additional force to its fist which it is clearly able to do.
So you're saying that a woman who can run 340 miles per second and lift at least, 7,200 pounds, could not lift your tiny 100-200 pound body?? She could easily stop 35 TIMES YOUR WEIGHT. And not just her, any soul reaper could. Even baby soul reapers, and I'll have you know that she is ranked among LIEUTENANTS. Who are much stronger than that mind you.
Oh so you know, it only takes forty pounds of pressure to severely injure some parts of your soft shelled body, so she could LITERALLY tear you to pieces and break every bone. To dust. So maybe you're not scared but, you really should be. People who have no fear are the ones who die first on this planet. If you have no fear than you are less than human. For one is not brave because he ignores fear but because he acknowledges it and does what he has to anyways.
