mostly fair assessment, except the reflections, for the wall reflection, its far and flat enough that there is no problem with merely flipping it to use as a reflection, but the fountain reflection is much closer and poses perspective problems where simply flipping the fountain would be insufficient for a technically accurate reflection. but technically accurate reflections are not really necessary for a webcomic. the fountains have a round part with gold trim near the base above the water, with this angle we can see the top of the base, but you can also see the top of the base in the reflection, this would be impossible. it is blurry so a simple fix would have been to modify the fountain to curve the gold trim in a slight 'U' shape instead of the slight 'n' shape we see in the reflection.
also the pool border itself has crescent 'n' shapes , so a proper reflection would have crescent 'u's
I would suggest becoming familiar with the distort tool(if hes not already) as altering things for blurry reflections would be a cinch with it.
lastly the reflections all show through each other, looks like all the reflections were flipped in their right place and set to % opacity.
but again, technically accurate reflections are not really necessary for a webcomic.

It's kind of the worst dress he's ever worn. Β Got to get on that 'bad dress train' while he can.

That would be a nice plot twist, but might not move the story forward.
