Here are my reasons behind the rules of Susie..
1. Sex Object-Ok, on the first 13 episodes, Helga, Milo and Peggy all gave hints for there love for others...Susie(Along with Mikey) DIDN'T. Besides her Clam/coin purse. But that wasn't human
2-3. Busty/Flatchested-When you search Creepy Susie online, chances are, more than 60% are her with gigantic breasts, when the wiki clearly states Her lack for a chest.
4. Same answer for number 1. She doesn't show affection for many things
5. She has no hips or chest :/ That kinda explains itself..
