Yep, all I used is Prismacolor colored pencils. The hard black outline is done with a well sharpened black colored pencil. I achieved the opaque look of the vegetation through many layers as well as a blender pencil (a colored pencil with no pigment). The face is just very lightly colored, and erased away as needed to achieve the whiteness of the skin.
