...yes...that's a parasite coming out of her bellybutton...

Parasite = Di Vita
Host = Bianco

Bianco has no pigment in her skin, but her hair has a little color, so technically she's not an albino. Di Vita latched onto her when she was a little girl and Bianco didn't see the harm in keeping him, it's not like he's a very dangerous parasite. But as many parasites do, Di Vita caused a small physical mutation in Bianco (those spikey looking things behind her ears). Di Vita occasionally feels the need to speak face to...eh...face with his host when they disagree on such issues...as the consumption of oranges.
