I was very lucky to get this shot. The wife did some research and that one is a male based on his large bushy antenna. His average life span is 5 days. He has no mouth and doesnt eat. He emerges from cocoon tries to mate then dies one heck of a life. There is a commericial for some sleep medication and they have a luna moth flying around. Oh and I mispelled the title it is a luna moth there is another moth named lunar but that one I havent seen. Jeep

I didnt either but was glad lynn researched that and I have never heard of any creature not having a mouth or method of obtaining food and not eating very magical Ihope to use one in an image at some point at least their image will last more than 5 days jeep
