may i ask how much foam did you use
and what did you use for the tail?
im starting a lugia fursuit this year

I actually have no idea how much foam I used. xD But I can say at least more than seven meters depending on how you use it.
As for the tail, I used a piece of foam at the base, and them covered it with a piece of fabric to make the shape, then I put on the "fur".

Yes, I've done the costume, but I wouldn't suggest to drive with such a cotume ^^' Your sight won't be very good with a head like that and it can be hard to get a grip on the wheel.
