SWEET! I know this is a few years old now but someone just sent me a link to it.
2 of my favorite things put together and I have heard this before by lots of other people too. So yeah, it is very possible that this is your own idea but for the record I have been doing the Elvis Stormtrooper since 2001 and have been published many times over in popular media. Also for the record, I am not an Elvis impersonator, I am first a member of the 501st Stormtrooper that also loves Elvis.
Anyhow, get work on this. Did you ever do a color version? Also do you mind if I display this on my website when I get the art section published?

I actually drew this up about a week BEFORE I saw YOUR pic on a website one day. I was like.. WTF?? I thought I had an original idea but hey. I am glad somebody is doing it. I don't have a colored version but I could one day. And feel free to use that pic anytime ya like.
