Sorry, but you seem to have missed the whole point of Darkwing Duck. If Darkwing had muscles and looked like that, he wouldn't have had any problems and the show would have sucked. You may as well have drawn him with uzis and Negaduck's head in his hand.

It looks like Ultimate Darkwing, maybe from Howard the Duck's world. Or maybe what he wishes he looked like. You should do another pose with weapons and a villain along the same lines.
