Effect:
If you control “Toon World”: Reveal to your opponent 3 or 6 “Toon” cards, and/or cards that mention “Toon World”, from your Deck and banish them face-down; Draw 1 card for every 3 cards banished.

Trivia/Notes:
● Following up on the idea of Toon variants for non-Monster cards, just like with Toon Pot of Greed , here we have another Toon variant of a Spell card, specifically one of the pot cards, "Pot of Extravagance". For this variant, I added in the requirement of needing to control "Toon World", but I removed the requirement of needing to activate this at the start of Main Phase I as well as the drawback of not being able to draw cards by card effects for the rest of the turn. Also, in order to fit with the theme of Toons, on top of the fact that Toon decks currently don't rely as heavily on the Extra Deck as some other decks do (unless you count the custom cards that I made), I opted instead on banishing "Toon" cards and/or cards with "Toon World" in their text from the Main Deck.
● While "Toon Pot of Greed" might seem to be the better choice for draw power, "Toon Pot of Extravagance" combos well with Return to Toon World . If you have that card set, then you can activate it to return up to 5 banished cards to your deck and draw that many cards!
● If you control Crazy Comic Creator or The Moon Over Toon World , you do not need to banish any cards for the activation of "Pot of Extravagance". However, as the number of cards drawn is determined by the number of cards banished, choosing not to banish any cards will result in not drawing any cards!
