Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 “Toon Summoned Skull” and 1 “Red-Eyes Toon Dragon” from your hand or your side of the field. While you control “Toon World” and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. During your Main Phase, if you control “Toon World”: You can shuffle into your Deck 1 Toon monster from your hand, GY, or your side of the field, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its original ATK. Then, you can Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You can only use this effect of “Toon Skull Dragon” once per turn.

Trivia/Notes:
● The first in a series of unique Toon Fusion Monsters, it exists in the Main Deck and acts as a regular Effect Monster similar to the already existing unique Toon Ritual Monster, Toon Black Luster Soldier. Yes, I know Ritual Monsters exist in the Main Deck as well, but the point is that it's a "unique Toon Monster" in that sense.
● You do not need to have this card in your hand in order to summon it. In fact, these unique Toon Fusion Monsters work with the card, Toon Fusion . As long as they exist in either your hand or the Main Deck, Toon Fusion can Special Summon them!
● Like Toon Black Luster Soldier, it can attack the turn it is summoned.
● It can inflict damage on your opponent with its ability to effectively recycle Toon monsters. Although you can also pick Toon monsters from the hand or Field, why not shuffle a Toon monster in your Graveyard back into your Deck? Then, you can pick another Toon monster, even a completely different card, from your deck afterwards to summon. You can even use this ability to Special Summon a second copy of Toon Skull Dragon itself!
● A neat idea is to use Comic Hand to steal an opponent's monster, and then inflict damage to your opponent with this card's effect by shuffling that monster back into their deck. Don't forget to attack with it first, though... unless you would rather Special Summon another Toon monster with Toon Skull Dragon's effect and attack with that one instead! The Toon World is your oyster!
