Let just hope this stays as a joke referenced from video game.
The bad new is that I don't think peoples in the fire kingdom have the courage to make an direct uprising regardless of how unfair the law is.
Even if they did manage to make an uprising against her, she might just banish or murder them all as FP is unstable in emotion and possibly irrational when it comes to dealing with different voices.

well I want an uprising. FP needs to learn that she can't force people to act the way she wants without suffering serious consequences in return. she needs to learn that she isn't some perfect ruler.

That, will depend on how competent and sensible for the citizens in the Fire Kingdom....
If majority of them are happy about the law, nothing is going to happen for a long time.Β

I highly doubt the majority of them are happy. that law is detrimental socially, economically, and everything. I'm sure they hate this law.

Like I said before, if they have problems with the law, they need to be brave enough to step up against the regime. They probably need a leader for rebellion. (This would be a good opportunity to introduce new character(s).)

it would be interesting. I hope the writers see this, though I bet they don't.

And I see her father inside her because of it, and because personal experience has clouded her judgement, enforcing a policy of strict honesty, but at the same time denying all citizens the basic right of free speech...

COD: Advanced Warfare basically IS Mushroom War! Or at least the prequel battle for it! (I read the story on wiki)

Ok you did not get my point, the STORY of Advanced Warfare FEELS like a set up/beginning for AT's Mushroom War. Not a COD fiction on that site (did not know there is a fan fiction like that LOL).

I'm sorry for the confusion. However, the only thing Irons has done is unite the world. Against himself...

Maybe the Atlas decided to bring out the next phase of their terror called "The Lich" and thus started "Mushroom War" sometime after Iron's death as their planned retaliation. (just a theory I made up in my head)

Well, he basically summarized how to keep citizens effectively in line. I don't understand where is the ironic part.
p.s. It is kind of sad that we have to come to a down right serious political mindset on a cartoon show that used to be fun and open-minded.Β

Do you know what's even more upsetting? Even if Flinn does somehow returns on the TV. I probably can't see this show itself the way I used to. The happiness and positive energies are seemingly gone for good regardless.
AT comics and video games however, seems to have Flinn intact with everything else in good terms so that what I am going by now.
