Description The wind blew the ice from a glacier at the other end of the lake, which is somewhere in Parque Nacional Torres Del Payne.
The wind also made taking pictues extremely difficult, as it would blow you down if you stopped moving and it threw little ice pellets that stung like hell. Yeah, it's a great place.

I must say its a rather nice picture. But i think it would be better if it was bigger and the border was a different color.

Thank you. yeah, I make them smaller when I post them, because it's quicker that way. And also, at the time I took it I was using a 2 megapixel camera at the medium setting, which is like 640 by 480.
As per the colour of the border, I had a lot of trouble with that. The main problem is that I"m not so good with colour matching type stuff, and then, after I uploaded it, I noticed that the colour was really similar to the various deviant art colours. So, I'm thinking I may need to change that, any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a green or blue shade... I don't know.

Thanks for the comment, much appreciated.

This is really beautiful. I would love to be there, if I was sealed in an impervious bubble.
Excellent work.

Thank you, although, I don't know if the bubble thing would work, because it would have to be tethered to something, and then you wouldn't be able to get around so much.
The guide dude said that it isn't always windy (unfortunately, he also said that it wasn't all that windy the day I was there, and it's still the windy place I've ever been).
so, thanks for the comment.

thank you. I may post some more pics from my excursion into that park. It was a beautiful place, if a little windy, everywhere, all the time. Which isn't a real big deal, but I smoke, and it's damn hard to light anything, let alone a cigarette, in a place like that. Yeah, anyway, thank you kindly for the comment.
