Whoa! Is this ever an old one! I tripped over it going through some old graphics for a Daemonfire trailer that uh, shall we say, never saw the light of day. But this was a piece I actually did for a Design 2 class about 3 years ago. Worked my ass off on it, if I recall; this was way before I got my hands on Corel Painter 8. 40+ hours, with the only thanks to show for it being a sniff from my Design teacher because it was A) illustration, B) digital, and C) fantasy. Reprehensible in the land of fine arts academia.This obviously has a lot of things wrong with it, but I still like it. Probably because it was the only full color illustration I ever did for the series. If nothing else it's an accomplishment in patience.

The character he's stalking doesn't really blend in that well with the rest of the picture, painting style and line-art wise. Kinda like it was just pasted on.

Amazing work here! I like how the background is dark with the sole character almost alight, bright. He's the center of attention, even though it's clear he's in danger or sorts from the looming character in the background.

Oh, OH! Its HIIIM! His name escapes me, at the moment. Oh yeah, V'Flayo! I am soo looking forward to some more quotes with him and his crazy gibberish'nackish! Oh, I like that word... Anyways, I didn't realize how BIG he was! And of course the lovely Sospes! I love the pose and the color job you did. Poor antlered kitty doesn't see what's about to get him! Oh noes!

I thought about putting a quote up, but since the pic was so old it was like "meh". V'Flayo is fun to write, though, it's just like choose the wackiest metaphor you possibly can and let him run with it.

Wow, this is amazing! I love all the colors, and the detail on the main focus character is perfect! I love the paws! And the creepy guy in the back is well done also
