Description
There are no true dragons in my story, per se, the true Dragon race has not been seen on Primeworld for 10,000 years. They aren't extinct; the Gods just took them to another plane to help fight the divine war against the Dark Gods. However, there are smaller, furrier cousins of the Dragons, called the Huaca, who served as their scribes and messengers during their heyday. The Huaca have been left behind to educate the world and keep the Light Races united, because the Barrier protecting Primeworld from a demon race will fall one day. Huaca do indeed have alliances with every race, even the recalcitrant veskr, but have suffered problems with sickness and stubborn humans in the Northern Kingdoms.

This is actually one of the main five characters, one Phauxwin Glorywings. His wings are broken; he was by ignorant humans caught while scouting. The markers just made his markings a hell of a lot less blended then I wanted them. And if someone says "manabeast" I will shoot them. Squaresoft does not have the monopoly on furry dragons. I based their design very heavily off of Lux, my Balinese cat, and that's the look I'm going for.
