I really hope the next games allows us to go play in that giant city. We never got to see the wards properly with Shepard. Would be cool to play a protagonist born in the bad part of a Citadel Ward..

I agree. Towards the end of the series there was too little exploration.
I really hope new Mass Effect will allow for more open exploration.
