Wow, I really like this piece. It has a nice character to it. The shading on the face and the details in wrinkles/facial hair is amazing. I also like that you worked on the turban (?) so it looks very real and not rushed. The lips/mouth look a bit 2D but they were probably like that in the ref photo nonetheless.
