I remember the whole quote and when he was at the church trying to take back Victoria from Victor, he saw Emily, then she remembered that Barkis was supposed to marry her and the same goes to Barkis, but he left her for dead. I felt pissed at Barkis when he said that line and I wanted to kill the stupid and greedy bastard, but I'm glad the idiot died in the movie. Also, I'm very glad that Emily was at peace in the end of the movie which I was very happy to see. Before you're going to ask why I am typing this is because the title reminds me of the DAMN quote. I am NOT saying you should change the title, I am JUST saying the title reminds me of it and the art is really nice. Good job!

ah thank you this was a very old piece ! I am planning on remaking this in the future I agree , I think In the new one I may change the title to fit that scene
