my first attempted of a wet seras....and it failed....... dramatically T_T ah well I hopes u like it anyway
a very sad scene with seras in the rain holding alucards coat, and as the title implies he has gone 
drawn scanned coloured using wacom and draw X5

Not really, i like the shadings on the red coat and your rain. How did you did the rain??

I did the rain on a new layer and sort of drawn dots then did blur mode, took a while to figure out 
struggle with it as well

It's not too bad, especially for a first try. Just keep practicing and trying different things and you'll find just the right technique you're looking for.
