I think it could be a 3-element Pokemon/Fakemon (or a poke that switches elements), adding Water to Dragon-Bug. I'ts really cute

You know, I don't know why the word 'Fairy Dragon' keeps coming back to my mind for the past fourth time (now's the fifth, or sixth, or perhaps the XIV time 
Dragon anatomy-wise, it's pretty slender and has a good fairly good set of wing webbing to aid in it's flight. To be honest, I don't see anything that needs to be improved on (and that even includes the scales, since logically speaking, airborne dragons have a very similar scale shape as the sharks we find in our ocean). This makes a good piece to be looked at even by an admirer of dragons.
