Just convert video into gif format without any compression except color compression.)
Original video from this stamp i made in MMD, and in output get 3,2GB video file (100x75 ressolution). After that i convert video in gif and get 3.2mb file. For editing i used photoshop, he open this gif in 10 minutes with more than 3000 layers, and take 3.5 RAM memory.
