A few notes about this page.
First, I assume that Canterlot Castle has its own medical wing, where emergencies - such as this one - can be treated.
Second, if the doctor is new or works night shifts only, she may not yet be accustomed to the idea of a dragon living in other parts of the Castle.
Third, the doctor is my friend's OC! As of now, she works as a Junior Doctor in one of the Britain’s biggest public hospitals and agreed to “play” small part in my story

That's based on my experiences with some adults, like doctors and teachers, as a child. Even open hostility towards children used to be a norm not long time ago.

The thing is doctors and teachers do their job to help others so I just don't think they would be so openly hostile.

I'm not saying they are universally nice. My mom has told me at length about how many doctors really snub the ones lower in rank.

This is something they do need to address on the show. We seen that ponies,sadly, don't get along with the other non-ponies races as well as many fans hope, and we seen that Canterlot noble unicorns don't even get along with other types of ponies or lower class unicorns that well. And yes it is said that Spike was more out going then Twilight but I find it hard to believe he was treated very well be the unicorns of Canterlot.

I heard that Season 8 is expanding on species' interactions with each other and I'm actually impressed that the message may be intended to be a reminder that human beings, regardless of race, gender, religion, and such, are all God's children made in his image and that Jesus Christ taught us to love thy neighbor.

Have you not see it yet? So far they had one episode about, the two part season opener, and haven't address it sense. So far while they have had episodes showing the new young six hanging out and one in which the cmc make friends with a sea pony/hippogrift that been about it.

I haven't been watching the series since Season 4, but I have either heard or read about episodes from Season 5 to Season 8. As long as those young six are still hanging out with each other, that alone is symbolism of being God's children, accepting each other regardless of who they are or how they look. Chancellor Neighsay can go fuck himself. The Aquaman comics already got their own Donald Trump character, Corem Rath, so we certainly don't want one for MLP:FiM.

I think you have misunderstood what I was saying so I'll make myself clear. First off I would never say that the fictional villain is more dangerous then a real terrible person. I was saying he worst then other fictional racist villains, because he not incompetent and in fact is good at his job, he has real power but doesn't abuse it he uses the way he legally can, and that is the most dangerous part he has a point. The five races he was racist towards comes from five different kingdoms, one of which has attack his kingdom in the past at least twice in his life time and more if you count the comics and books, another one has always been hostile towards his kingdom at worst to being uncaring of what harm they do towards his people at beast, while another after opening diplomatic relates for the first time years almost declare ware because they didn't like how they were being welcome, another one at first was fine with not helping his kingdom when they needed them, and then their the griffons whose kingdom is nothing but slums. Sure we know he in the wrong and that the only reason these kingdoms are peaceful to them now is that beings from Equestria show them kindness and respect but that doesn't change the fact he does have reasons to feel that to at least these five kingdoms, which again makes him more dangerous then if his hated was just unfounded.

Another thing they never talk about is despite how they have show many times that Spike has more in common with ponies then his own kind, he still isn't one and there has to be some problems there. Especially when count how it is show that most ponies think of dragons as nothing but monsters.

Hmm, everyone seems to be just a bit too rude and dismissive of Spike, don't you think? It was strange enough for me that he was left completely alone after they took Twi away, but seeing the doctor plainly (and angrily) telling him, the probably shocked and scared child that called for help in the first place, to just go away, to walk home, in the middle of the night, in Canterlot City, while knowing full well that even if he made it home he would be alone is just... strange. And excessive. And very not good for her career either, considering that he called for help sending a letter to Celestia, the immortal head of state.

Thanks for commenting! To be fair, this is part of the castle so Spike can make it home without leaving the castle grounds. That said, Equestria does not necessarily mirrors sensibility of 21st century. When I was growing up, strangers often showed children no sympathy whatsoever. I still remember people who very nice and kind because it was so rare. Most importantly I wanted to hint on the prejudice that Canterlot ponies could feel towards Spike when he was very young. Doctor and nurses may not even understand that he is a child. That's why the nurse says "keeps"!
Hope that explains a bit what you see here and what's yet to come.
