This is cool! Her eyes remind me of my own OC Tanuuki ^_^ I like dragon anthros
So I was wounding how you did the affect with the blurry big picture in the bg and the whole character in the middle. I've seen people do it but can't figure it out myself. I'm guessing it has something to do with photoshop layers

if its not too much of a bother...could you describe to me how you did it?
i only have corel paint and adobe photoshop, both have the layers system..its just i ever understood layers so i never used them...i always just made a bg by scratch

Hmm, I dunno how well I'll be able to explain it but I can try.
Well, I had my finished pic (the smaller version) on top on the background layer, then I duplicated(copied) the same layer and put it behind my main layer. Then I just resized the second layer as big as I wanted it. I hope that helps a bit.
