There are cute details like safety ropes where the trees come through the floor and you can't complain about the view. The small island in the distance makes me wonder if they also live in treehouses over there. And if this is also set on a small island. I would guess so, since I can see the beach. I also love the pathways that links the houses together!

Some things that could be improved... I can't say if there are perspective issues so I'll leave that up to someone else X) So moving on to the next thing - Outlines. Some things have black outlines and others haven't.
Depending on what level of realism you're aiming for you should go with one of the two.

The trees that are supporting the treehouses are really thin. I'm afraid they wouldn't hold during a storm.
The twirl on the tree in the middle keeps drawing my attention. Perhaps because it's the only round shape in the picture?

You could add more depth by making things more blue'ish the further away they are. It would also help separating the for-, middle-, and background.
A stronger light source would create interesting shadows. You already have a little of it in the pink house.

All in all a cool idea with nice warm colors and interesting setup.

I can see why people like this, trees are something that gives us shelter and protection from the elements we are drawn to trees as humans because they make us feel safe. You have added to that feeling by making it a home. Nice

The houses are well planned out and neatly drawn. I love the work you put into making each individual house... I have a similar idea, but the entire tree is the house, and the tree has many floors. Anyway, what's that island out in the distant?

This kinda reminds me of a game I used to play, but I can't remember what it is...

You did a very good job shading-wise. Although, I don't know much about shading or colors, I do know that it's pleasing for the eye to look at.

One thing I noticed is one of the trees is obstructing a particular walkway, while the part on top is actually closer than that. It looks like an optical illusion.

Oh, I wish this place was real, I'd buy a house here for sure. Terrific job on the perspective and the design of each house, not to mention the autumnal backdrop with the leaves and trees.
