They're sandpipers....but what kind?

The one on the right looks like a juvenile Solitary Sandpiper and the left one looks like a Sharp-tailed Sandpiper.

.....I feel stupid for guessing, but I only looked at ur gallery after I commented, so I didn't know what side of the world you were on.
However the scientific names you've given me suggests that the left one is a ruff and the right is a wood sandpiper. (Thank you google
The other birds in ur gallery were all eurasian species, so I knew that I was mistaken. Thank you for the corrections though ^^.
