Yes. To give away points, you need to have your own first. Points are obtained by buying them. I really don't know much about points and all that sort of stuff so I'm not gonna be much help this time, so I recommend you ask someone else about this. Sorry

First, go to your profile page. At the top right, you'll see a "edit page" button. Select it and look for the widget that says "donate points". Once you do, select it and make a goal (ex. 100 points) and install it. Then you should see the donation pool widget installed on your profile page.
