Ah I had so much fun doing this piece.Finally done with most of my projects, and with finals week beginning next Monday....this leaves me with some time to crank out some stuff.
Well I was quite intimidated with trying to show the reflections on the skin giving the "underwater" feel. I think I succeeded in doing so somewhat effectively though.
Well, like I said... I had a blast doing this and I hope you get some joy out of it as well.

Just one question... what's with these two 'balls' on its tail? Dratini doesn't have those, just Dranonair will have them...

Hey thanks! I just added the balls because I liked them haha. Perhaps this Dratini is a bit older, and closer to a Dragonair, so it is a bit more developed.
