History: Purchased from a friend back in Arizona where his rider used to live, was brought over to South Australia with his rider when they relocated.

Personality: Mustard is grumpy and can be a bit lazy until motivated by food. He is a very solitary, one-person horse and can get snippy and standoffish with new people, but you can win him over by giving him snacks. When not competing, he often lazes about the pasture or his stall but his mindset changes when his rider (with snacks in tow) is around. He is obedient and energetic when it comes to his discipline. Anyone looking to go over and visit dear Mustard should ensure they keep a close eye on anything edible and watch their fingers.
