Neat concept! Out of curiosity, how'd you handle the tears at the bottom of the pants? Are there multiple pieces to you model (for example the pants and upper body are together but the legs are a separate piece). One suggestion I might give as well is that the fold of skin on the back seems a bit too flat. I feel it should protrude more to get the feeling of it overlapping the lower half of the body. I'm guessing that is probably because this is a low poly model but it might be worth adding some topology there.
