This is a much neater template (HACK COUGH THE BOXES ARE THE SAME SIZE), and the text layers are editable, so go ahead and customize them to suit your needs!

In .psd form, but of course, the preview is a .png for anyone who lacks a photo editing program.

Quick FAQ:
1. Since people keep asking me this question-- Nope, gender and sex aren't the same things! Take this sort of helpful link from Google to get what I mean.
2. Sexuality is really badly expressed using a binary spectrum of all things, and I don't think it really fits onto the template of this meme. (But the meme feels somewhat incomplete without it, so it's on there.) You should feel more than free to edit the categories on the spectrum or maybe just place all your characters onto the meme and label them individually--whatever you see fit.
3. Romanticism (might not be the correct word for it... ?) -- would more accurately be described as "what gender your OC feels romantic feelings towards" in this context. Could differ from sexuality, so... it's on there, in arguable inaccurate wording.
