He holds his knight oath above everything, even throwing his life away if it meant fulfilling it, which makes him to a perfect knight in one way... but easily manipulateable on the other... His greatest fear is failing the oat

Trivia:

As young and unexperienced Lord Knight of the Draconis Guild in Merka, Arik always gives 150% to fulfill his tasks and live up to the expectation of a true Guild Master and Lord Knight... even though he tends to fail that image more often than not...
Arik needs to figure out still how to lead a guild, making him slow in his duties... as result he barely sleeps to catch up on time, having turned somewhat caffein and sugar addicted over the past months....
He doesn't really have any social skills at all...
Typical for his race: They can set their hair on fire to boost their energy... In Arik's case though, he can't control it, so if angry, it might happen he suddenly literally bursts into flames.
Once Arik's hair burns, he can't stop it by his free will so it will keep burning until his energy is out or he manages to drowse it with water.
He is (obviously) immune to fire and flames, but not to heat itself: He can still sweat, unable to take the heat from -too- hot objects or feel hot in summer... which can all cause him to burst into flames as well by the way...
As weapon Arik uses a lance that can change its hilt to turn short, either for easier transport or to be used as shortsword instead.
Raanan often hides under Arik's scarf or jacket... it is unlikely the knight ever leaves the guild without his partner being somewhere by his side.
Arik and Raanan can read each other's minds, which makes talking unnecessary, but his parents taught him it is impolite to talk with Raanan without anyone around noticing, so he talks with Raanan aloud out of habit...
To Arik, Raanan isn't a pet... he is his partner, and he will grow mad at -anyone- who dares treating him as any less.
He'd rather eat his hair than trusting areans... racist? Maybe... but each time he met an arean so far it ended in a complete disaster...
With his strict sense for justice and laws he'd probably make a better caelian than earthran. His believes forbid him to harm anyone who hasn't hurt or harmed someone else. He will not hesitate to rise his lance though to fight injustice when seeing it, attacking whoever dares hurting someone else physically. The downside is though, that he'd never defend himself physically as long as no one else is being hurt, making him an easy mocking victim that won't argue or talk back...
Ahri's passion is dragon riding. Flying through the air on the back of a dragon is the best thing on all of Zion to him.
He has sworn to find and kill the dragon that had obliterated his father's unit, keeping his ears open on any kind of report of a white dragon with black markings that might live in Ares...
