Description DESCRIPTION
Level 1, 2 and 3 Support units. - LOW POLY and untextured for now.

These are made in the style of Supreme Commander and other futuristic real-time strategy games.

The level 3 unit is currently untextured and has a little over 900 polygons.

Level 3 Unit Info
- Larger than level 2 support unit
- More hitpoints
- Hovers
- Turret can turn
- One heavy front gun
- Medium front guns
- Light side guns that can turn ~90 degrees
- Slower movement speed
- Anti-air homing missiles

This was only 3DS Max but you can make similar models in any modeling application.

i noticed in levels 1 and 2 theres many similarities, but when u reach 3 while they still are similar, ifi didnt have then next to each other i never would have guessed they were related

Hmm, yes. I wanted to keep cannons similar and to have the outter body parts fairly smooth. The biggest one though it more flat in the front/back areas, but it's because I didn't want the cannons to look tiny compared to the body of the model.

Whoever questions this is one brave, stupid mofo. If this is just support, I'd hate to see a level 3, say, assault!

Hehe. Unfortunately my Level 3 Assault is a walker robot with only 5 guns. (but one of 'em's a laser beam!)

I might have to reconsider which are support and which are assault, although I plan on having shields on my walkers to make up for the fewer hitpoints and armor. I'm still not 100% done with the planning and balancing.

Here's whatcha do: Give the Assaults little Attack Drones, a la The Shoulder Pads for the ACU's on SupCom. That's be pretty sweet, having all the little drones (maybe 8 max for the highest level) come out from their little hideyholes and start blasting, while the main unit levels the field with a quick laser blast. Yeah...
