Day 104: Poipole - UB Adhesive/Sticky
I challenged myself to draw 1 Pokémon for each day op 2020. I put them all through a randomizer to assign 1 for each day. One drawing for each day turned out to be to much so I'm taking things slower now. Still got a really fun list of 366 Pokémon to go draw!
At first I wasn't feeling this Ultra Beast since all the other ones were much more experimental. Poipole looked to much like a traditional Western Alien to me. It has grown on me and I love the mischievous personality this Ultra Beast has. The squirting of liquid poison is also a cool concept of a reverse insect stinger.
Side note, the background was done with a fluorescent colour so my scanner wasn't happy about that and kinda messed up the colours. I tried my best to correct it digitally but it still looks miles better in person.
