I think this is the first time I've seen a cub Mufasa (and there are plenty of well drawn adorable ones) that 100% LOOKS like Mufasa! The look, the expression, the stance -- absolutely gorgeous!

One meant to be king.
While the second longs for the hope of being king someday.
However, it will never be.
The two brothers grow up apart, yet still side by side.
The one meant to be king is adored and praised for his strength.
The one rejected always has the hope that will never be realized thrown in his face.
And, the rejected one grows envious towards his brother, which fades their love.
The rejected one seeks to prove to their father that he should be king.
His plan backfires with him getting hurt.
Yet, nobody pities him.
They continue to praise his brother even more and despise the rejected one.
Years pass, the two cubs become lions.
The one meant to be king takes the throne after his parents pass.
The rejected one always lingers in his brother's shadow.
And, he is soon overwhelmed when his nephew, the new king is born.
