I think this is an amazing image... it looks like you did it on scratchboard, the quality of the white lines feels like it has a weight I'm not used to seeing in digital work like this. It's really amazing.
I think the only thing that doesn't seem to be completely in place is the whited out area around the right eye. Or the complete lack of a right eye. I think if there was an iris and a pupil the white area would stand up, but as it is it feels like a dead piece of space in the picture, or like he's got only one eye.

I think it's some of the best work I've seen you post on DA and should be pimped the hell out on your front page gallery.
Really nice use of positive and negative placements; looks almost like it was etched for printmaking.

heh; danke danke for the comments XD. It's not evil Ryu, but it IS supposed to be a "foreshadowy" picture of his becomming evil Ryu ^_^.

Ooooh, I see - it was his right eye that reminded me of the evil-ness. Oh man, I can't get over these lines, the hair is awesomely done >.<
