Description
Cirrusopolis. A peaceful city, advanced in technology and well-known for its Railway Transportation System. Those who need to go somewhere in a flash use it quite frequently. The city developed this railway system for any person to grind from one place to another by simply wearing any shoe that has a special rubber-magnetic sole. All free of charge. However, it isn't always peaceful in Cirrus. "Fuses", humans with advanced cybernetic parts have suddenly started to terrorize the streets. There is very little information on the "Fuses'" and where they came from, but it is known that they all work for one person . The "Fuses" are trying to capture "energy orbs", similar to a battery, that power up different parts of Cirrusopolis. The protectors of Cirrusopolis: Dykrentsu, Tyson, Piff and Ian Quantum, must stop the "Fuses" from terrorizing the city.Hey There.
I finally finished this thing. This is the Prologue/Teaser/Thing.

Heh, I already gave it a review on Newgrounds, but hey! I wouldn't hurt to give a bit more on here! ^^
As I kinda told Tshirt: Woooow. My eyes were sparkling the whole time I was watching it. XD To tell you the truth, I was dreading to hear my voice. Because, well... It felt like I was like, "Meh.... doing the voice... Yeaaaaaah..." and you guys were all like "I AM EPIC VOICE ACTOR!" << So yeah, I was a bit hesitant to watch it because of that. But then when I finally heard it, this is what I thought: "...Wait. That's my voice? WOW! THAT'S MY VOICE?! DX"
Anywho! I loved it, as you can see; not just because I got a part in it, but you worked hard on it. Sure, as I said in the other review, the actions were a bit fast so it was hard to tell what was happening... But if you watch it over and over again, you start to get what's happening. And sometimes the music was drowning over the voice, so it took me a bit to figure out what they were saying.
Aside to those things: YUUUUUSH! IT'S A NEW BEGINNING!

Lack of fading music into other areas is pretty horrible. You need to fade music between silence

Opening... basically everywhere you suddenly stop the music, anyplace there is music see where it stops short, instead fade it. It does it everywhere hard to say any place you used a few musical climatic points. The music just stops short rather than fading into the dialogue.
I thought it was really great otherwise though. I want to make that clear, it caught me and kept my attention. Makings of a interesting flash animation.

I love the amount of detail you've put into the backgrounds, your style really works well with it, but the character aniamtions themselves look a bit cheap, the voiceacting inconsistent with itself, the plot hard to follow and the style just coming at odds with everything else - characters, anyway. There are more then a few "stupid" moments when you just want to facepalm at what the people are doing onscreen.
Still, the music is stunning and the universe looks pretty good too.

Yeah, I feel ya. This was pretty fast pace, I actually apologize for that. I inserted the story so those wont be to confused with the main idea. The actual episode will be slower and I think more comfortable and visually appealing ( I hope). Haha, "stupid" moments? Tell me a few.

I didn't actually read the story in the menu - that may have actually been an idea...
The "stupid" moments were mainly small things that stuck out at me - like the expression on the second boy's face in the opening scenes - I was all like "Yeah, got it, he's a bucktooth idiot, but was that really necessary?".
Mostly just tiny things like that. Don't know why they stand out so much to me <.<
Anyway, looking forward to the main thing, gonna rock ass.

I could tell the amount of effort you put into this thing.
Your style of drawing still is enjoyable to look at.
The fights are kinda cool but I feel they're a little too fast-paced (and so I got a bit lost with the Dykrentsu fighting the other two Fuses (I suppose that's what they are... ._.;; ))
Humor is ok, the expressions were good too (Dykrentsu complaining at the Fuses about stealing the orb... again amused me)
So yeah, crappy critique here.
Can't wait to see the rest :>

Yeah, This was pretty-fast pace. Sorry about that. I guess I just wanted to release this ASAP, because school would be starting up and I would be gone from the internet and have no time for animating for a while. Haha, yeah those guys are Fuses.

That was awesome. Well worth the wait (and all the effort you must have put into it). The music was very fitting and your animation keeps improving.
I think the only advice I could give is:
1. "Show, don't tell" is a general rule for film making and animation. There's nothing wrong with the story, I just believe that it wasn't necessary to have a written story at the beginning because the images pretty much visually explained the story. People pick up information through visual input faster than they do through hearing a monologue or reading a block of text before a film (like in Star Wars).
2. Buttons are easier to use if they have "hit" states in Flash. This is just a basic shape (like a rectangle or oval or something) that indicates to Flash the area where you want the button to be clickable (this doesn't have to include the text). Without a hit state (or a filled in shape behind the text), you will have to click exactly on the text in the button in order to activate it.

Oh? wow a lot of people were confused. That's why I inserted the little story segment in there. OH POOP. I totally forgot about the buttons, it definitely is tricky to click on just the text parts.
