the texture is from 's last coloring tutorial.
owo i pick shiny colors and the rest is about technique when painting... i don't know how to explain it XD it's just that I use a lot of white to make it look more shiny

Ah, cheating traditional. It looks very nice. I haven't done a large amount of digital work in the past, although the little I did I did a bit like this (but simpler hahah). I've only really picked it up in the past couple weeks, and I've been doing my colouring a bit differently... I'll likely try to incorporate a little from this though. Nice tutorial, it's very clear and easy to understand.

me di cuenta q uso pasos muy similars, con la diferencia de que uso muy poco watercolour a menos q sea pa los fondos xD
para pintar las cosas suelo usar pentool y brush xD
y uso texturas de watercolour + texturas q busco en el momento 8D

XD si si la vdd no tengo graaan técnica. Yo creo k depende más de como usas cada tool al pintar, no tanto de como acomodar layers o agregar efectos. X eso sé que muchos que intenten hacerlo así como está acá obtendrán resultados k se verán diferentes XD

siempre me quedan medio sketcheados porq no tengo paciencia,
y nada de fondito blanco para tal o cual cosa, debería pero no lo hago de haragana... Uu

owo nope,xk me quedaría más oscuro si pongo color base. Como verás mis pics recientes son más claras xk todas tienen "base blanca" No me gusta rellenar todo xk por ejemplo si pinto con markers casi nunca relleno toooodo a menos que quiera saturar mi pic (y eso... la vdd hace k duela el codo jajajajaja tons nooo, si con markers no lo hago por ahorrar, pues en pc no pa k se parezca jajaja)
XD luego te explico el verdadero motivo del fondo blanco
