Description
When I designed the Ninja Tribunal I also gave the 4 kids graphics team some extra bits of artwork to populate the DVD menus and cover. Here is some of that artwork.This Piece was hidden behind the DVD's in the clear case On thing we wanted to do was not reveal the Demon Shredder on the cover. But I still wanted to work him in. So I came up with the idea of putting him behind the DVD's when you remove disk two you get to see him. All of the images for the tribunal cover was inked by brush on a 14 by 17 Bristol and digital colored in photoshop

And that's another thing: since the Ninja Tribunal season never aired on TV, we never had the chance to see the Tengu Shredder on TV.

I never liked how they made Shredder an utrom. It somehow takes back some of the characterΒ΄s bad-assery when you consider that those fighting skills are from a robot and not a legitimate human. So, the "original" Tengu Shredder was kind of a relief even though I miss the original human Oroku Saki from the comics.
Rants aside, this is a magnificient piece of work. "Menacing" doesnΒ΄t even begin to describe it.

To me the Utrom Shredder was badass and the Tengu Shredder really did not have the Shredder atmosphere that the Utrom one gave off.

I love the lightning here, all the sharp lines that gives his outfit that nice, metallic touch in such a cool, cartoony way. Well done!

Hey, can I ask you a question? how do you not paint when you have colored lineart? I will put color, but when I paint and I paint is dark and ugly.

Hmm, thereΒ΄s not too much difference from the others versions, but somehow I can see him as a demon. Anyway, itΒ΄s a nice pic, and as always it looks awesome ^ ^

AKA Tengu Shredder.
Knowing that Chrell was the new Shredder after the original so long which made the channeling of the original stronger, it pretty much makes both characters exactly the same to me
But the Tengu incarnation was BRILLIANT! The perfect conclusion to the original 5 seasons before Fast Forward
