Description
Now comes the hard part, naming the picture....I guess I could go for the soundtrack...or some cheesy lovey dovey title. I'm open for suggestions though.
Tools: Paint tool SAI (90%), PS CS3 (10%)
Soundtrack: Tender Sugar Silent Hill OST [link] lyrics are weird, but the music fits...or at least it does in my head
Time: .....4 hrs maybe?

I usually color with Paint tool SAI because it's much easier.
PS is somewhat complicated (it used to take too much time and the result
would be bleh).
but if you want I found something for PS [link]
Speedpaints are sometime better to see the total process (and listen to funky music).
I tried to look for other stuff but I can't find good ones. you can look through youtube to find
more speed paints.
