Now THIS is what a Super Saiyan 4 evolution should look like! 
Time-line B is the time-line where Trunks went back into the past to give Goku the Heart-Disease medicine, the different Androids appear, Trunks arrives again, the REAL Androids (actually Cyborgs because they are human organisms with mechanical upgrades) appear, Piccolo merges with Kami, Future Imperfect Cell appears, Cell merges with Android 17 and then Android 18, Perfect Cell announces the Cell Games, Gohan turns into a Super Saiyan 2, Goku sacrifices himself, Cell is completely destroyed, Future Trunks goes back to his own timeline, both futures known.
And time-line C is the time-line where everything in time-line C remains the same right up until the real Android/Cyborgs beat but do not kill the Z Warriors, Imperfect Cell does NOT arrive from the Future (in Time-Line B, the Z Warriors were aware of the embryonic Cell's presence and destroyed it, in Time-Line C, they are not aware which allows Cell to wreak havoc to Trunks in the alternate future that Cell describes as seeing personally), Piccolo does NOT merge with Kami because of this, but Vegeta, Trunks, Goku, and Gohan all train in the Hyperbaulic Time Chamber, and achieve the peak power levels they had when they all first fought against Cell, Vegeta destroys Androids 16 and 17 easily, but Android 18 manages to escape thanks to Krillin's intervention, later, Androids 13, 14, and 15 (from the movie "Super Android 13") appear and they are destroyed by Super Saiyan 2 Goku, and the data is collected by Dr. Gero's computer to power up Cell even further, after Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Gohan, and the others travel to New Vegeta at Paragus' request, Super Saiyan 2 Goku beats Broly, and Future Trunks returns to Time-Line B to defeat the Androids in his own time, but Imperfect Cell kills Trunks before he can return to earlier in time-line C (nullifying modified events of the movie "Bojack Unbound") and Imperfect Cell travels to the past of Time-Line B, Future Unsure and would be detailed in length in "Dragonball AF!" 
In any case, if Akira Toriyama DOES make a "Dragonball AF" you should seriously consider signing up as an artist to work along with him!

Wow! I love this! The colors and style are just so fitting! The dragon depicting Shenlong is one of the best I've ever seen rendered for the serious and the overall atmosphere is magical.
