^^ Yeah, He looked great

He was soooo tall too...I always figured Meier to be a bit taller than D...XD but he made me look very short hahahah...

It is wood, sanded and painted with spray paint...the handle and decoration were very ...complicated (think the shoulder thingys... XD )
Yes I made a sheath... out of a loooong cardboard tube covered in leather looking vinyl...It looks pretty good...but it is awkward to wear...I don't think I have posted a picture from the back of this costume...because it is basically just...cape...sword sheath and long fluffy hair XD

^^ ... It was hard making both costumes but it was really fun and they looked so good all together >w<

;-;these pictures have mixed memories with them though...the Meier was my best friend's old boyfriend (who broke up with her the year after this convention... it was so ironic that they cosplayed as star crossed lovers...and it actually turned out that way...my friend didn't die...but she was depressed for a long time ;_;... and D is the one who must remain the same even in the middle of all the pain...-_- ...

*o* gah! sorry...;_; rant attack...

but on a lighter note ^^ she has a wonderful new boyfriend now and we are still actually on speaking terms with this guy...(he just still has some growing up to do... )...

yeah, my ammount of time for cosplay is limited too, i have to work at 6:30 that night. but that would be awesome.

sorry I couldn't make it ;_; we were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy at lunch...it was 2:45 before I even looked at my watch and realized we were "closed" and there were still tons of customers (who hung around till 3:20 or so... and theeeeen we still had to clean up!

and dinner was busy too ...^^ but that is not so bad because there are three servers at night ...but my feet are like RRRRR >_< at me right now... hahahah..

^w^ I really do want to come say hi sometime (you work at the game stop there...right)...I'll be working Thursday lunches for a few weeks *but not dinner...so I'll be in the area on those days ^^

well, i'm really part time up there with about 1 shift a week right now. and i'm not going to be there this week.

and the cosplay thing was lame, you didn't miss much. by 3:20 i was the only one there and they decided just to take my picture and call me if i won... (to allow for any stragglers to come in before close.) so yeah, it wasn't very exciting.

i did take my camera, but the batteries were dead, but i got some good pictures with clean backgrounds when i got home, so it's all good. i'll get them up later.

yeah, which is why i'm excited about going to Connooga in like just over 2 weeks.

and yes, they are always doing that.

and i'm not sure, they never called, but unless some awesome awesome cosplayer came in later, i should have won... i haven't had a chance to get back up there to ask.
