In the twin star exorcists anime Sakura and Miku managed to defeat the basara Moro. However in an alternate reality there was a different outcome. Wanting revenge on the basara who killed her father Sakura decided to give her a taste of her medicine, literally. Sakura is rejoicing loudly now knowing she has avenged her father, while gaining a large meal. Look like the uniform managed to hold up to the massive belly. However Miku is getting really annoyed at Sakura because she keeps telling her to not speak so loudly so more.

Miku wanting a way to teach her a lesson look at Sakura an gets an idea. While Sakura is distracted with her victory, Miku gets behind her and starts to vore her. Once she is completely swallowed Miku says that you'll not come out till you fix that voice. Although unlike Sakura it doesn't seem like Miku uniform could withstand the pressure and bursts open exposing her large belly. However it doesn't seem to affect Miku from still standing.
