Okay, you encourage advanced critique, so let's get going! ^^
I have to say it's a beautiful picture. I love mythology, and this is a great example of why. You have great eye for detail. Try to be careful with crosshatching, it can make your picture very messy. Especially in the middle of this picture it's hard to see what's what. Also, you have to practice drawing hands. They're tricky bastards, hands, you need to practice LOTS and it's still difficult. It helps if you make some drawings of hands in different positions as if they were built up of blocks. Makes you see the way they move much better. The people look like they miss a ribcage and several other bones, which, seeing how they're deities, they probably don't really need but it still looks funny For the Goddess, it's not that bad because it looks like a style of drawing (and maybe it is your style, I don't know), but for a man it's just necessary to have a bit of back and shoulders. People's backs are WAY bigger than they would ever want to admit to eachother. Only way to practice is, of course, by drawing a lot of people from the back.
Hope this was slightly helpful. Keep up the good work!
