Description An idea I've had for at least a year. Hugo is a good natured teenage Frankenstein's monster who means well, but often doesn't know his own strength. He lives with his mad scientist "dad," the curmudgeonly and eccentric Dr. Lester VonGloomstien in a spooky castle overlooking the town of Hollow Heights. Basically, cartoon hijinks meet classic horror tropes.

Almost kinda reminds me of my mad scientist/Frankenstein satirical pair, Dr. Deranged and FrankenBabe. Obviously very different plot, but the concept still is amusingly similar. Great minds think alike I suppose.
