Nice work indeed. I like your attention to detail. Just one thing maybe. When it takes off, the camera jumps to the other side of the track. It is a bit confusing because you are crossing the virtual action line. You know, it gives that feeling that your racecraft is suddenly changing direction. Basicaly , try to keep your camera on the same side of the track all the way to the take off to keep the same momentum.

yeah,I get what you mean but I really wanted a shot of the back of the engines as they go full throttle even if it means a little discontinuity between camera cuts.

Oh, what I meant is that you can get exactly the same shot but from the right side of the track instead of from the left side. this way your plane is moving from the left of the screen to the right of the screen, just like in the previews shots. ( it's a bit like fliping the shot horizontaly ) Is that clear ? ^_^! Anyway, keep it up man !

Super awesome! I love the part when it shoots past and rattles the camera. Passing through the clouds into the darkness of space was also sweet

About a week.Of course I already had the craft itself built beforehand.I also optimized the scenes as much as I could to get a faster render time.

Thanks,this turned out pretty nice.There's a few subtle rendering errors in a couple scenes I'd like to fix(In cockpit shots don't show motion blur or glows outside the canopy.. might be a conflict between glass transparency and outside objects).Also I'd like to get sound for it but only if I can find some decent samples.

Well hey, you know what? If you want I can make a video of this and bling dis up with some kickin' sounds, I've got a LOT of sound files. Plus some really neat soundtracks. This render will definitely need it.
