So it can be aluminium, or brass or copper or steel wire. The aluminium is the softest of these.

i think it is most likely to be brass because in my dads workshop they use aluminium to make organ pipes and it is veeery soft.

It could be The color seems like a kind of brass. But brass isn't so soft like soft copper. But also lovely to work with it.
(And be careful as brass isn't antiallergenic!)
