Doctor Who ponies! As an avid Doctor Who fan, these were loads of fun to make.Each one is made with sculpey, resin, and painted with acrylic paints over existing ponies.

Hey hey! Curious quick question.. I've been having a really hard time painting Sculpey with acrylic, I was wondering if you have some basic pointers for me. I think I'm doing it alllll wrong. If it isn't too much of a time suck for you, could ya help me a wee bit? Domo.

I just paint a few layers of acrylic on the cooked sculpey. I don't have any trouble at all, maybe the paint you're using is a bit too thin. Try out some different brands and see if that helps you out at all.

Fair enough though, I can imagine the aliens are just a bit more interesting to do.
You shoudl try and do a Dalek but keep it roughly in the pony shape, that would be an interesting challenge.

Oh my GODS. these are FANTASTIC!!! I mean, your Avengers ponies were stunning, but the Ood and the Silence and the Vashta Nerada and the Weeping Angel and the Dalek are breathtaking! What great detail!
