I wish in Uncharted 2 that those Yeti's would have actually been real creatures instead of super powered human but still have those super powered warriors when you get even closer to Shambala. Likewise in Uncharted 3 I wish Marlowe and her organization actually used dark magic(the higher ordered members) and were trying to gain the power of those dark beings(the Jins) in the city and when they are released they either gave her people power or took over their bodies.
Besides those small changes I would have done to the game(and added him being able to hold 2 main weapons and a pistol) I think the series is flawless
