Loving how the water takes up most of the photo -- it looks so smooth, contrasting with the rough, stormy-looking clouds.
The lighting here is wonderful as well.
The things on top of the water (buoys?) are interesting, and they lead the eye all the way up to the top. The angle is nice as well -- good composition.
I'm just not liking the blurry parts here, for some reason. It looks nice, like everything is in motion, but it just bothers me. Probably just me.
